RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 

Our costumers are our priority. If you are not satisfied with your items, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return your order and request a refund, exchange, or store credit, valid for 12 months.

In order for the refund, exchange or store credit to proceed, all products must be returned in unused and excellent conditions, with all labels attached, and within the return window given by the brand. Any product that does not meet these conditions, will be returned to you. 

Please be aware that items purchased on Sale are final and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. 

We do not accept returns or claims for pieces bought from other retailers.

Please note that international returns are subject to return shipping fees, and duties and taxes are non-refundable.
